Banned for no reason Empty Banned for no reason

Hello everyone,
I have been banned from crits from September 1. I made my purchase for gems, as to get the August buyer pack, on 30 August, and the next day I got the message that I'm banned. Please help me out. I can't seem to find any way of getting unbanned. I did not ask for any refund or any other thing. All I did was make the purchase, and got my gift box too.
